Maps made easy – A practical & relational way of understanding teams using CAT

12/07/2023 @ 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

More and more teams are using the relational mapping tool from Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) to make sense of team dynamics. Using the relational lens of CAT, this workshop will consider the needs of teams, which provide health care and support services, and offer simple and easy to use maps to help them reflect more openly about unhelpful and stuck patterns. The workshop will provide an opportunity to gain skills in applying the formulation of CAT through mapping that can also be used in supervision, secondary, and tertiary consultations.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is aimed at clinicians/therapists familiar with CAT who provide supervision, secondary consultation and/or team briefings. And to those CAT practitioners who want practice at mapping outside the client/therapist space.
