Introduction To Cognitive Analytic Therapy (Change of date to Oct 26th 2024)

This two-part workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) for therapists and mental health clinicians. It focuses on relational formulation and practical CAT skills. The workshop costs $500 (excluding GST).

Part 1: Includes access to the online module "Introduction to CAT," covering CAT's history, reciprocal role concepts, and its three phases. Access lasts for three months and should be completed before Part 2.

Part 2: An in-person session on Saturday, October 26th, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at In Dialogue, 208 Sydney Rd Brunswick. This session deepens knowledge of CAT, focusing on relational formulation and using target problems to enhance engagement and the working alliance.
